Briar Bank Bed and Breakfast

• Our guest room is available as a double or twin for £60 B+B for two people 

• Single occupancy is £40 per night

• If you would now like to make a booking please either e-mail  or telephone us on 01900 826635 between 9am and 9pm.

• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per night (£5 per night for single occupancy) is needed to secure your booking. Payments can be made by cheque or postal order payable to "Briar Bank Bed and Breakfast" or by BACS transfer.
  

• Payment of the balance is welcome by either cash or cheque. We do not have the facility to accept credit cards.

• Your room will be available from 3pm and departures should be made by 11am. Earlier access to your room may be possible if you mention this when making your booking.

• Briar Bank Bed and Breakfast also welcomes guests with disabilities. When enquiring or booking please feel free to discuss any needs you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Our guest room is on the ground floor, but there are three steps up to the front door and two steps down into the bedroom. There are also stairs to the guest bathroom which is located on the first floor. Hence this B&B may not be suitable for some people with limited mobility.

• There is a toilet adjacent to the guest room

This is a small establishment with just one guest room run by a friendly wife and husband team. You will therefore have our full attention and we do our best to look after all our guests.
