Directions From the East (A66)

Follow A66 to Cockermouth roundabout (Shepherd Inn).
Turn right signposted A5086.
After 500 yards go straight ahead at 1st set of traffic lights .
After 200 yards go straight ahead at mini roundabout.
At next set of traffic lights turn right into Lorton Street following one way system.
Follow this road for 600 yards and take 2nd right into Rose Lane (1st right being Vicarage Lane).
At top of Rose Lane turn left and take 1st left into Briar Bank. 14 Briar Bank is 150 yards further on right hand side on the corner.

Directions from the North (A595)

Follow A595 to major roundabout and then take left turn towards Cockermouth signposted A5086.
Follow road downhill for 3/4 mile.
At mini roundabout turn left.
After 100 yards go straight ahead over mini roundabout.
After 150 yards turn right signposted Lorton B5292. Stay in left hand lane.
At traffic lights turn left into Lorton Street.
Follow this road for 600 yards and take 2nd right into Rose Lane (1st right being Vicarage Lane).
At top of Rose Lane turn left and take 1st left into Briar Bank. 14 Briar Bank is 150 yards further on right hand side on the corner.
